Learners work through a case study about Sarah's Crafts, where they identify business strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and calculate profit. They also complete a practical business budget for an art gallery, working with income, expenses, interest and bank balances.

The final section assesses the AIDA advertising model – Attention, Interest, Desire and Action – and its importance in effective marketing.
